The Resonance Code refers to the hidden hardwiring in every individual that guides, filters or distorts every preference, choice and behavior. Much of that inner wiring is baked in from birth. Many attempts to move people or change behavior fall flat or even backfire due to a clash with this "Hidden Who." We have developed an award-winning approach rooted in behavioral science to reveal this "Hidden Who." it is a blueprint for human engagement. This decoding then allows for a more tailored approach that resonates with individuals. The applications run from better marketing segmentation, more effective communications plans, employee engagement that actually works, better strategic planning, and issues and crisis management. 

The Resonance Code was founded by Christopher Graves who also founded the Ogilvy Center for Behavioral Science. Graves was honored with a Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Residency for his behavioral science work and garnered 7 international awards for the creation of the novel approach to decoding individuals. His work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review and on CNN and CNBC. He spoke and moderated sessions at Davos for more than a decade and sold out his talks at SXSW. He has worked with dozens of Fortune 500 companies and with WHO and UNICEF, Save the Children and FEMA. Prior to founding the Ogilvy Center for Behavioral Science, Graves served as Global CEO of the top agency Ogilvy Public Relations. And prior to that he headed all news & programming for both CNBC Asia and CNBC Europe as part of his 2 decades with The Wall Street Journal.
